DOUGLAS STAFFORD IS PROUD TO SUPPORT THE ROWANS HOSPICE

Douglas Stafford is delighted to announce its Charity of the Year for 2015 as The Rowans Hospice.

Each year, Douglas Stafford team members are invited to select a chosen charity to support, and The Rowans Hospice was a popular choice and hot on the heels of the recent Comic Relief fundraising efforts, the company has chosen The Rowans Hospice as its benefactor this year.

The Rowans Hospice is a local charity, based in Waterlooville near Portsmouth, dedicated to improving the lives of people with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses.

Established since 1994, the hospice has helped more than 7,000 patients and families across Portsmouth and South East Hampshire.

It provides services free from discrimination and free of charge, but each year costs £4.8 million to continue its vital work.

Throughout the year, team members at Douglas Stafford based at Lakeside North Harbour, Portsmouth, will take part in a series of dress down days, raffle and other fundraising initiatives to support the very worthy cause.
