Lok’nStore Self Storage appointed Douglas Stafford in 2012 to carry out a range of mystery shopping programmes, to include telephone mystery shopping, electronic mystery shopping and a first for Lok’nStore – video mystery shopping.
We had never used video mystery shopping before we started working with Douglas Stafford. It’s been a completely new approach for us and has given us a real insight into the levels of customer service we provide.
