As another week draws to a close, there’s been plenty going on with team members, clients and mystery shoppers of Douglas Stafford.
The winner of the inaugural FIA Formula E Championship was decided in dramatic fashion last weekend in the final round in London.
Held in Battersea Park, the final race was won by Sam Bird, but overall, the all-electric series’ inaugural titles were won by Nelson Piquet (Nextev TCR) and e.dams-Renault. You can read more here.
Two new team members have joined Douglas Stafford on the company’s Graduate Management Trainee Scheme.
Michael Severn has joined the company after completing his degree at Portsmouth University, reading International Business Studies, while Matthew Baxter is in the final year of his Business Studies degree. You can read more about the new recruits here.

The Chilli variants are part of the Picanto Originals series, a rolling programme of high-specification, value-priced models changed at frequent intervals to offer buyers something out of the ordinary. Read more here.
Dixons Carphone is joining forces with US network Sprint to open new retail stores stateside.
The company has announced it has agreed to open and manage 20 Sprint-branded US stores as part of a pilot programme, which if successful, could lead to 500 stores opening in America. Read more about the partnership here.
