It’s been a very busy week for the head office team, mystery shoppers and clients of mystery shopping and performance improvement company, Douglas Stafford.
Today, a Dress Down Day has been taking place at the company’s Lakeside North Harbour Head Office in Portsmouth, in support of The Rowans Hospice – the Douglas Stafford nominated Charity of the Year for 2015.
Earlier this week, Transport for London (TFL) announced it was to launch a new night service which will run on Friday and Saturday nights, starting this September.
The Jubilee, Victoria and most of the Central, Northern and Piccadilly lines will host a 24-hour service with trains running on average every 10 minutes or less, from September 12th. You can read more here.
British luxury brand, Jaguar, joined forces with Ralph Lauren to celebrate the Official Wimbledon outfitter’s tenth anniversary as a partner to the Championships.
To mark the occasion, Jaguar, which is celebrating its 80th anniversary and first year as The Official Car of The Championships, Wimbledon, provided a fleet of luxury chauffeur vehicles as the Official Car Supplier for the Ralph Lauren and Vogue Wimbledon summer cocktail party. Read more here.
Ford is introducing new camera technology which can see around corners when drivers cannot, to help avert accidents.
The innovative Front Split View Camera – available as an option on the all-new Ford Galaxy and S-MAX – displays a 180-degree view from the front of the car, using a video camera in the grille. At a blind junction or exiting a driveway, the camera enables drivers to easily spot approaching vehicles, pedestrians or cyclists. Read more about the technology here.
Ricky Wilson – lead singer of British indie rock band, the Kaiser Chiefs – has been announced as an ambassador for Honda’s new Civic Type R.
Ricky is set to kick off his role as ambassador by piloting the new Civic Type R up the famous Hill Climb at the Goodwood Festival of Speed on Saturday (June 27th). Read more here.
