In the report, the external auditor commented: “The internal audit process – a mandatory activity for all ISO accredited companies – was carefully examined and the company must be praised for the level of supporting evidence gathered during the process.

The amount of detail documented within each audit report was extremely thorough and represented one of the best internal audit processes seen by the auditor.”

In order to provide a top level of service, quality procedures at Douglas Stafford need to be tightly controlled, while displaying a commitment to quality which runs through the business and sets the company apart from other mystery shopping companies.
