It’s been another busy week at mystery shopping and performance improvement company, Douglas Stafford.
The latest edition of automotive magazine, AM online, arrived at the Douglas Stafford head office in Portsmouth, and featured Douglas Stafford Operations Director, Ben Sargeant.
Ben was approached by the magazine to give his insight into the customer journey and experience, and how it can be analysed and improved through mystery shopping at car dealers across the UK. The full story can be found here.
In the world of retail, Adidas announced a record kit sponsorship with Manchester United to the value of £750 million, while in another first, Douglas Stafford clients Kia UK were unveiled as the new exclusive sponsor of the England women’s cricket team. More about both stories can be found here.

On Wednesday, team members from Douglas Stafford hosted a corporate sailing day on the Solent on board Lady Diane. The glorious weather continued into Thursday when senior managers from Douglas Stafford clients Renault UK took to the water for a team-building day, sailing across the Isle of Wight for lunch, before returning to Gunwharf Quays.
There was further delight for Renault UK when the Renault Group company announced today (Friday) that its sales in the first six months of 2014 were better than the whole of 2012. More information is in our blog here.
